RedBoss Pyrotechnicians Inc. Proudly boasts, three generations of Pyrotechnical Enthusiasm, The European Style of Master Pyrotechnics was passed down from Grandfather to Father to Son.

The Biancaniello family have been designing and executing Pyrotechnical Displays from the Niagara Region for over 70 years. Micheal started his apprenticeship in fireworks under the watchful eye of his father Raffaele. Raffaele executed fireworks displays in Canada from 1958-2019 and was one of the first Federally Licensed Fireworks Supervisors in Canada(1973); Raffaele remained on team as an advisor until his passing in 2020. Just like Micheal, Raffaele apprenticed under his father, Michele in Italy; and brought the magic of the European Style to Canada. When passion turns to business, in 1993 RedBoss Pyrotechnicians Inc. opened its doors. Our corporate offices are located on our 15 acre facility in Fenwick at 850 Canboro Road.

At RedBoss we continually challenge our team to evolve by using the newest technological advances but still remain true to our rich heritage. We use state of the art hardware and software in the design, development and execution of every pyrotechnical display. Your display is never a dry run; all of our sets and themes have been scripted, tested & critiqued on a highly advanced simulation software program. All of our displays are videotaped for review and critiquing for future reference.

Micheal Biancaniello

Ceo-Chief Technician/Designer

Micheal has over forty four years’ experience and is licensed as a Display Supervisor with all endorsements as well as a Special Effects Pyrotechnician. Micheal has executed displays from Niagara Falls to Muskoka and everywhere in-between, as well as having lectured and done on site training for the Niagara Regional Police Service and The Niagara Chapter of the Ontario Municipal Fire Prevention Officers Association.

Karen Biancaniello

Operations Manager

Karen has over 31 years’ experience and is licensed as a Display Supervisor with endorsements as well as a Special Effects Pyrotechnician. Karen ensures the proper processes involved in the procurement of permits, insurance certificates, Liaison Having Jurisdiction, Fire Prevention/Fire Chiefs Office and Police & Security Services will be obtaining all of the permits and licenses required for your venue. Arranging for the scheduling of your team; and transportation arrangements.

Jamie Little

Lead Tech

Jamie has over 20 years’ experience in the field and is licenced as a Display Supervisor with endorsements, and has worked on over 25 venues.

Scott Woon

Lead Tech/Design Master

Scott has over 22 years’ experience in the field and is licenced as a Display Supervisor with endorsements, and has worked on over 20 venues.

Steve Stortz

Steve has over 26 years’ experience in the field and is licenced as a Display Supervisor with endorsements, and has worked on over 12 venues.

Jeff Stortz

Jeff has over 18 years’ experience in the field and is licenced as a Display Supervisor with endorsements, and has worked on over 16 venues.

Mike has over 15 years’ experience in the field and is licenced as a Display Supervisor with endorsements, and has worked on over 18 venues.

Joe Labatte

Joe has over 14 years’ experience in the field and is licenced as a Display Supervisor with endorsements, and has worked on over 13 venues. As well, Joe has 37 years’ experience in the trucking industry as an AZ licenced operator and will be responsible for the proper process to safely transport all products to your venue.
